We have recently stopped offering our 20x20 and 22x22 pillows with inserts and will only be selling them with cases. It turns out, most of you had pillow inserts at home and it's a size that can be purchased from just about anywhere, and often even cheaper than what we could offer.

All pillows are pre-made which allows us to get them and all other products shipped out within 2 days of your order. Shipping times will then vary depending on your location. We ship from Los Angeles, CA via UPS Ground.
We gladly accept returns. You must contact us within 10 days of receiving your goods. The items must be unwashed and unused. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to start the return process. The cost of return shipping must be covered by the customer. We will provide a pre-paid label and refund the cost of costs minus return shipping fees once the goods are mailed back.
